Using the appاستخدام التطبيق

Zubda is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute the app or its content as a product of your own.تُرخَّص «زبدة» لك للاستخدام الشخصي غير التجاري على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم فيها. ولا يجوز إعادة توزيع التطبيق أو محتواه بوصفه منتجًا خاصًا بك.

The content, and its limitsالمحتوى وحدوده

Zubda summarises books, papers and reports and cites its sources. Summaries are written to be faithful, and figures are checked, but a summary is not the source. Nothing in the app is professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and where a claim matters to a decision you are making, go to the source it names.تلخّص «زبدة» كتبًا وأبحاثًا وتقارير وتذكر مصادرها. والملخّصات مكتوبة لتكون أمينة، والأرقام مُراجَعة، لكن الملخّص ليس المصدر. ولا شيء في التطبيق يُعدّ استشارة مهنية أو طبية أو قانونية أو مالية، وحين تبني قرارًا على معلومة، فارجع إلى المصدر المذكور.

Quotations, figures and portraits remain the property of their rights holders and are used with the attribution each licence requires.تبقى الاقتباسات والأرقام والصور الشخصية ملكًا لأصحاب الحقوق، وتُستخدم مع الإسناد الذي يقتضيه كل ترخيص.

Subscriptionsالاشتراكات

The daily cards, your streak and reminders are free. Zubda+ is an optional subscription, monthly or weekly, that adds more. The plans, what each includes, the price and the billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe, in your local currency.بطاقات يومك وسلسلة أيامك والتذكير مجانية. و«زبدة+» اشتراك اختياري، شهري أو أسبوعي، يضيف إليها المزيد. وتعرض الشاشة قبل الاشتراك الخطط المتاحة وما تشمله كل منها وسعرها ومدة الفوترة، بعملتك المحلية.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.الدفع. يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في Apple عند تأكيد الشراء.
• Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that.التجديد التلقائي. يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا بالسعر نفسه وللمدة نفسها، ما لم يُلغَ قبل انتهاء المدة الحالية بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل. ويُخصم ثمن التجديد خلال الساعات الأربع والعشرين السابقة لذلك.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel a subscription in the iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.الإلغاء. تُدار الاشتراكات وتُلغى من إعدادات الآيفون: اضغط على اسمك ثم «الاشتراكات». والإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، ويبقى وصولك قائمًا حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة. وحذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك.
• Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are decided by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com.الاسترداد. يجري الشراء عبر Apple، وتقرّر Apple استرداد المبالغ وفق سياستها، عبر reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If a price rises, Apple tells you beforehand and, where the law requires it, asks for your consent before the new price applies.تغيّر الأسعار. إن ارتفع السعر، تُعلمك Apple بذلك مسبقًا، وتطلب موافقتك قبل تطبيق السعر الجديد حيث يشترط القانون ذلك.
• Restoring. A subscription belongs to your Apple ID. On a new device, or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in the app's Settings.الاستعادة. الاشتراك مرتبط بحسابك في Apple. وعلى جهاز جديد أو بعد إعادة التثبيت، استخدم «استعادة المشتريات» في إعدادات التطبيق.

Apple's licence termsشروط الترخيص من Apple

Zubda is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it and do not replace it.تُرخَّص لك «زبدة» بموجب اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي للتطبيقات المرخّصة، وهي الاتفاقية القياسية من Apple. وهذه الشروط تضيف إليها ولا تحلّ محلها.

Your data is yoursبياناتك ملكك

What you read, keep and write in the app is stored on your device and is not sent to us. We cannot recover it for you, and deleting the app deletes it. What the app does send, and to whom, is in the privacy policy.ما تقرؤه وتحفظه وتكتبه في التطبيق مُخزَّن على جهازك ولا يُرسل إلينا، فلا يمكننا استعادته لك، وحذف التطبيق يحذفه. أما ما يرسله التطبيق وإلى من، ففي سياسة الخصوصية.

No warrantyدون ضمان

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it — including loss of the data held on your device.يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمان من أي نوع. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة تنشأ عن استخدامه، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك.

Governing lawالنظام الحاكم

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

These terms may change as the app does. The date above says when they last did.قد تتغيّر هذه الشروط كما يتغيّر التطبيق. والتاريخ أعلاه يبيّن آخر تغيير.
